Aging in oak barrels for 24 months.
Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Intense bouquet with hints of cherry and sour cherry, fresh coffee and black pepper. A decisive flavour with hints of ripe red fruit, full-bodied and good structure.

SOILTYPE: Clayey limestone with sandstone subsoil.
WINEMAKING: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel for 15 days with temperatures of 28 - 29 ° C.
