WINEMAKING: Since 1989, the “Burgum Novum” label has brought together the most prestigious wines from the company. These are the result of an intense work that begins in a meticulous preparation in every detail starting from the vineyard up to the vinification. The grapes harvested come from the best South Tyrolean vineyards. Picked by hand, alcoholic fermentation in steel, 18 months aging in barrique and malolatic fermentation, 12 months aging in steel and 6 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: This wine with an intense garnet red color is particularly full-bodied and velvety. It is compact and dense with its typical aroma of violet, berries, coffee and chocolate and a game of acidity and ripe tannins on the palate.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It goes excellently with roasted or grilled beef, lamb and game.
