WINEMAKING: Pinot Grigio is part of the Pinot family, it is considered one of the noblest white wines and wines with a full taste and rich in extracts in the Bassa Atesina area. There are reports that the first to cultivate the Burgundy varieties in South Tyrol was Archduke John of Austria in 1852. From the beginning, these vines developed their best, becoming among the most important varieties of our region. In the mouth it is well structured and full-bodied, persistent and elegant; outspoken and sincere exponent of its variety, it is highly drinkable and pleasant.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It is a white wine that goes very well with all first courses, fish dishes, crustaceans and molluscs, poultry and pork and veal.
