WINEMAKING: Soft pressing, cleaning of the must and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20 degrees. At the end the transfer is made, and the wine stays on the clean lees until November. This is followed by a further transfer and a further stop on the lees until March
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow in the glass, it seduces with its mineral aromas embellished with fruity notes. The tasting is perfect in its simplicity: structured and savory.
