SOIL TYPE: Sandstone marl called “Ponca”.
WINEMAKING: The Friulano grapes are suitable for vinification with cryomaceration, which is obtained before pressing by keeping the skins in contact with the must at controlled temperature (10-12 ° C) for a time of about 12 hours. This practice allows the extraction of the typical aromatic precursors of the Friulano and is carried out on part of the grapes; classic white fermentation with soft pressing, refrigeration and static settling of the suspended parts, decanting of the clean must, fermentation at controlled temperature (about 17 ° C) with the addition of selected yeasts.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color; very mineral nose, with floral nuances, elegant, soft. In the mouth has a good structure and a balanced finish.
