at least 6 months on the lees.
TASTING NOTES: Intensely spicy, dusty mineral tones nod to the red-slate origins of this elegant, steely Riesling. Just a shade off dry, it balances pleasantly puckering lime and tangerine flavors against layers of crushed stone, honeycomb and smoke. It is an invigorating, medium-bodied wine best enjoyed now through 2029.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Is a great pairing for oysters and crustacea. Fabulous with creamy cheeses as buffalo mozzarella and feta.
