SOIL TYPE: pink granite, sand, clay
WINEMAKING: grapes are hand picked and soft pressed.The ageing is done in stainless steel vats and bottle for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES: intense ruby red, with purple tinges when young, turning to garnet as it matures. Big, lingering, vinous bouquet typical of Cannonau, with hints of forest fruits. Dry, fairly intense, well balanced and with a long finish on the palate.
