WINEMAKING: Spontaneous fermentation from “pied de cuve”with no added sulphites in concrete vats. Aged for 2 months in concrete and further 2 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Quite strong color, with greenish shades. Floral scents of spring and white melon. Taste of fresh fruit and lemongrass. Sensations of fresh- ness. Sapid, inviting.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Pumpkins gnocchi, nutmeg, crustacea, almonds and soups.
